Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable, however I will endeavour to reschedule your booking where possible. Cancellations within 12 hours of the booking may not be guaranteed a reschedule. Any bookings cancelled 3 times consecutively without reasonable notice or reason may not be offered future bookings. Each individual situation will be taken into consideration, however it is appreciated that as much notice as possible is given.
