Make Time for You

There’s something special about gathering in person

Stepping out of the house, away from daily distractions, and into a space where you can just focus on yourself. These Balm for the Soul sessions are your opportunity to take a break, breathe deeply, and connect with others who are looking for the same sense of calm and community.

Just show up, settle in, and let the session guide you to a place of calm and relaxation. It’s self-care made simple, but with lasting impact.

Stop Overdoing. Start Restoring.

Monthly guided sessions to help you decompress, without guilt.

You’re always taking care of things and everyone around you, but constantly being on the go can leave you feeling drained, and needing time and space for you. It’s okay to need a break—it’s time to give yourself permission to rest and recharge.

Each Balm for the Soul session gives you the space to step away from the noise and expectations.

In this inclusive, in-person circle, you’ll have time to share, be heard, and feel accepted. With guided meditation to relax your nervous system and holistic healing to literally soothe your soul, these sessions are about real restoration—both physically and mentally.

Think of it as an investment in your emotional and mental wellbeing, without any of the guilt.

what to bring?

To help you settle into a deep state of relaxation and comfort, here are a few things to bring along:

  • Yoga mat – for a cosy spot to lie down during the meditation

  • Blanket and cushion – to keep yourself warm and supported

  • Journal – perfect for jotting down any thoughts or reflections that come up during the session

  • Water Bottle - for drinking, but on colder nights feel free to bring a flask of something hot too!

If you don’t have a yoga mat, don’t worry—there will be some spares available. If sitting or lying on a mat isn’t comfortable for you, feel free to bring a folding chair that you’ll be happy in.

Dress for comfort! - I encourage you to come in soft, cosy clothing—think fluffy socks and comfy layers. This is your time to unwind, so make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.

what happens?

Each Balm for the Soul Session is carefully crafted to give you the time, space, and support you need to unwind and recharge. Each monthly session is centered around the Astro Colour Theory Wheel.

Here’s how it works:

Join the Circle
We start by gathering in circle, getting nice and comfy, and sinking in to the space.

Sacred Circle & Sharing
We open the session with a brief sharing space. This is your opportunity to check in, set intentions, and share what’s on your mind (if you choose). There’s no pressure, just a chance to be heard.

Guided Meditation
Next, we move into a guided meditation, channelled to align with the current astro-colour phase. You’ll be led through a relaxing process that helps release mental and emotional tension, leaving you feeling revived and relaxed.

Energy Healing
During the session, you’ll receive energy work to help clear any emotional or energetic blockages. This healing is subtle but powerful, allowing you to feel lighter and more balanced. A variety of healing modalities and energy will be implemented.

Reflection & Closing
After the healing, we’ll close the session with a brief reflection. This is your time to process any insights and ask questions, ensuring you leave feeling centred, able to move forward from the month just gone and be ready for the month ahead.
